This the rent of 3 rooms. The price for 2 of the rooms that are 11 x 12 , is $600 each with one of the choices being furnished. The third room is 12 6 x 12 and it is $700 a month. If you needed some furniture for your bedroom, I do still have some more that I could help you out with. I live in the house alone and do leave on trips when possible. The house is 4,200 square feet and two stories. It has the large covered deck on the 2nd floor, with the barbecue. There is a very complete gym to work out in. Please feel free to get a hold of me for any questions that you might have and I would be happy to help you with them. I just happen to have a large $700 room open at the end of this month if you re interested, and some other things that are in the house are the pool table, the hot tub (that I m fixing of course ), I have a collection of full size arcade games and pinball machines, there is a cool little camping spot with a table, barbecue, and burn pit that I put together and the biggest deal to me is the full size motocross track that I have also.
